What happens

Three unnamed women, a blonde in a black off-shoulder mini dress and boots, a redhead in a purple dress holding a white cloth, and a dark-haired woman in a red crop top, blue beret and denim skirt, step out of a storefront with an OPEN sign and red-and-white striped awning, then pose on the sidewalk. They walk over to a teal sedan at a gas station with red star pumps, where the redhead wipes the windshield while the blonde leans on the hood and the dark-haired woman stands by. A man with swept-back brown hair, dark-rimmed glasses, a white shirt and olive trousers stands beside the driver's door and talks with them, and the blonde leans toward him on the car's hood as he smiles and gestures.
