What happens

Homer, seen from behind in a blue shirt, faces an unnamed judge in a black robe behind a courtroom bench under a blue and red Springfield Municipal Court sign, and the judge glares and then looks down. Lisa, in a red dress and pearls, reads a sheet of paper and speaks, then the scene moves to the pink living room where Grampa sits in a green armchair and Homer stands with his arms crossed and speaks while Marge, Maggie holding a pacifier, Bart and Lisa sit on the couch and react, with Bart and Lisa looking up and Marge grimacing and then speaking, with a green lamp and a staircase behind them.
