What happens

Moe grips Homer's shirt and jabs a finger at him while Chief Wiggum and Carl Carlson stand watch beside a pet carrier holding a small yellow-skinned figure with reddish-brown hair and red-framed glasses, on an airport observation deck. Moe then walks off toward the empty waiting-area chairs as the view shifts to a biplane and a sign reading "SKYWRITING BY DAN" where a pilot in a leather flight jacket and goggles shakes hands with a dark-skinned man in a green jacket and cream trousers. Returning to the group, Homer, Wiggum and Carl keep their eyes fixed on the carrier, and the caged figure grips the bars and peers out until the carrier sits alone on the floor.
