What happens

Apu, in a green jacket and white pants, stands on a tarmac beside an orange biplane lettered "Fantastic Da..." while a goggled, helmeted pilot with a grey moustache sits in the cockpit holding a white card. Chief Wiggum, Carl, Moe and Homer stand in a line facing him, and Homer points an accusing finger at Apu, who smiles and gestures with open hands while the others watch.
