What happens

At the bar of Moe's tavern, Marge with her tall blue hair and a martini glass sits beside Barney, the heavy drunk with messy brown hair and a beer mug, while a brown-haired man in a purple shirt and tie holds a drink and an old bearded man in a captain's hat stands at the left edge, and Moe, the grey-haired bartender, wipes a glass with a towel behind the counter. Over the first several moments the group stays mostly still, with Moe polishing and Marge lifting her martini, and a bottle shelf and a teal Duff-style pennant hang behind them. Then a huge pair of blue-trousered legs in grey shoes strides in front of the bar, blocking the group and passing across the scene until Marge's martini glass comes back into view.
