What happens

Bart and Lisa sit in the back seat of a vehicle, with Bart on the left in an orange-red shirt and blue shorts and Lisa on the right in a red skirt and pearl necklace. Bart first slouches with his arms at his sides while Lisa leans forward and reaches toward the seat, then Lisa sits upright and fidgets as Bart stays still. Bart reaches for the black seat belt, pulls it across his body, and Lisa tugs at it while Bart gestures at her face with a finger. Bart then holds the seat belt and smiles with a raised fist, while Marge sits in the driver's seat with blue beehive hair and red beads, reading a manual and looking at the dashboard computer, with a red dashboard visible above the steering wheel.
