What happens

Bart Simpson, a spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, sits in a pink room with a white toy police car in front of him and a green-haired doll on a shelf nearby. He holds a white cordless phone to his ear, then lowers it and looks at it with a puzzled expression before raising it again to speak. In the later part of the moment, Bart stands in a doorway behind Maggie, a baby in a blue outfit with a pacifier and blue bow, who holds a round tin of cookies or treats and sits on a green floor. Maggie stares ahead, then looks down at the tin as Bart watches with a phone in hand.
