What happens

Homer, Bart and Lisa stand on a red carpet in front of a building entrance, facing a woman in a blue suit with shoulder-length brown hair and glasses who stands beside a white sign reading "sponsored by ...itouch" with a cellphone graphic. The woman gestures and talks, first pointing with one hand and then spreading both hands, while Homer grins, Bart looks up at her, and Lisa, with a small black gadget hanging from her neck, grimaces and waves one hand in reply. The scene ends with Lisa gesturing and speaking while Homer stands behind her and the woman remains beside the sign.
