What happens

Homer and Bart, upside down and gripping seatbelts, scream inside a vehicle with red curtains; then a red semi truck rears up and launches into the air over a silver tanker, its trailer tipping over onto its side with wheels pointing up while a group of small figures watches from the roadside. Homer, in a blue cap and white shirt, sits at the wheel of the truck and throws both fists up, and in the last frames a man in a blue cap and white sleeveless shirt stands beside a trailer with a cowboy-hatted man, a bearded man in a red cap, and others, all watching a truck far down an empty highway.
