What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive and pearl-red necklace, speaks in the opening frames under the caption 'Consultant JOHN SWARTZWELDER', then Homer in his white shirt leans in beside her in front of a red wall phone. Next comes a neon sign reading 'THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE' showing a cowboy-hatted figure holding a cleaver beside a yellow bull's head, which then flickers and its neon bull lights go dark and the bull's head changes shape. The final frames show a busy restaurant with pink hanging meat, a waiter in a white apron carrying a tray, Marge with her beehive, Homer and Bart at a table, and a heavy man in a red cap with a bib at a nearby table, while a few diners look up toward the middle of the room.
