What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and blue-grey hair at the sides, stands behind a wooden counter in a blue suit and black tie, smirking, while a thin-faced man with short brown hair in a red shirt and white apron stands at the left edge. The man in the apron then leaves the scene as Burns keeps his sly grin and glances downward, and the view cuts to a salmon-coloured menu board showing a 72 oz. New York Style Sirloin steak on a green plate with a fork and knife beside it, with the caption reading "72 oz." above "New York Style Sirloin." The menu board stays unchanged to the end.
