What happens

Homer, wearing a blue cap with a price tag, drives a bus along a road lined with pine trees while Bart, in an orange shirt and seatbelt, leans forward and grabs Homer's shirt. Ahead, a curly orange-haired boy waves and gestures from the windows of a tan car and then a van, while Homer glances over, frowns, and grips the red steering wheel with his mouth open. The dashboard dials and buttons are visible in front of him, and the scene shifts between the driver's seat and the boy's view through the windshield.
