What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, stands holding Maggie, who wears a blue bow and sucks a pacifier, while Lisa, in a red dress and pearl necklace, stands beside them in a shop filled with decorative doorbells and wall ornaments. A thin, balding shopkeeper with a hooked-nose profile and a name badge, wearing a white shirt and black tie, stands on a blue doormat in front of a white door, gesturing with his hands, pointing at the wall, and holding a small bell-shaped ornament. Across the scene he gestures, folds his arms, then spreads his arms wide and shrugs, while the family remains still, and a sign reading 'Sing-Dong Doorbells' hangs on the left wall beside the red-tiled floor.
