What happens

Bart, Homer, Marge, Lisa and baby Maggie sit on the brown couch in the pink living room, with Bart on the left, Homer holding Maggie in the middle, and Lisa and Marge on the right, while Homer walks in from the left at the start. In the early part Lisa stands behind the couch beside a tall lamp, and Marge leans over the couch, and then the family settles onto the couch in front of the television. Homer and Maggie sit with Lisa and Marge as Lisa holds a remote, and the family watches the TV, which then shows a blue screen reading "CREATED BY MATT GROENING" and later "DEVELOPED BY JAMES L. BROOKS, MATT GROENING, SAM SIMON" in yellow letters. A sailboat painting hangs above the couch, and a purple lamp and a green rotary telephone sit on a side table at left.
