What happens

Homer, in a blue cap, white shirt and brown vest, and Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, sit side by side on a brick ledge in front of a red vehicle with a 'Red Rascal' sign showing a cartoon fox and a $49.99 price tag. Both grip fishing rods, with Homer straining and shouting while Bart looks around, grimaces and grins, holding a blue-and-silver reel. Homer's line lifts toward a hook as he leans back, and Bart's rod stays angled out over the ledge.
