What happens

A large hand with a yellow bracelet sweeps over a purple desert town with a donkey led by a blonde figure in an orange dress, a hospital, and a walled building with a sign reading LIBRARY. A curly-haired Black man in a white tunic and grey sash gestures and speaks to a crowd of robed onlookers. Bart, wearing a jeweled gold crown, is then seized at a blue wall by Chief Wiggum in a blue police uniform and a helmeted guard in a white tunic and gold armor.
