What happens

Homer, bald and shirtless, and a yellow-skinned woman with long blue hair stand together on a grassy lawn with trees and bushes behind them, and she looks worried while touching her chin. A pink pig sits on the grass facing her, grimacing and gesturing with a hoof while she stares at it. The scene then shifts to Homer, still shirtless, standing before a brown tree trunk between two palm trees, holding a silver tray with a shiny red apple in the centre and sliced white and red pieces beside it, while he stares sideways and raises his free hand near his chest.
