What happens

Homer Simpson, bald with stubble and a white shirt, drives his purple car while grinning and laughing, then glances at the rear-view mirror. The mirror shows a wrecked black car with a red bin and a blue-and-white umbrella cart fused to its front, and the view then shifts to a grassy field of deer. Homer returns to the road with a worried, sheepish expression as he grips the steering wheel, and a row of houses passes outside the window.
