About the episode

Homer's botched attempt to build a backyard barbecue pit leaves a twisted lump of metal and cement, which crashes into the car of art connoisseur Astrid Weller. She declares it outsider art, and Homer becomes a celebrated artist, to the envy of Marge, an aspiring painter. When his follow-up pieces bore the critics, Lisa's talk of Christo inspires him to flood Springfield's streets.
