What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and wearing a white shirt, rows an orange inflatable raft through flooded Springfield streets while holding a megaphone to his mouth, and Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive, watches from a pink upstairs window. Homer raises an arm in a wave and keeps rowing past half-submerged houses and chimneys under a pink dusk sky, while Marge stares with her mouth open beside framed portraits of Bart and Lisa on the wall. Homer's expression shifts from wide-eyed alarm to a grimacing, sheepish look as he keeps paddling, and a smaller figure appears beside Marge at the window.
