Homer paddles an orange inflatable raft across flood water at dusk, while Marge stands on a rooftop beside an easel holding a palette

What happens

Homer, bald and wearing a white shirt, paddles an orange inflatable raft across flood water at dusk, while Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, stands on a rooftop beside an easel holding a palette. In the first frames Bart and Lisa sit on the roof of a nearby house with Santa's Little Helper and Snowball II, and Homer keeps rowing past the submerged houses and a tree. As the raft drifts behind the house toward the right, Homer's raft nearly disappears from view while Marge keeps painting at her easel. In the final frames Homer rises up beside Marge on the rooftop, and the raft sits empty in the water behind the house.
