Bart and Lisa sit on a purple mat on a flooded rooftop, Bart holding a pink POP CORN box while a bowl of red apples and a basket sit nearby

What happens

Bart, a spiky-haired boy in an orange-red shirt, and Lisa, with her star-shaped hair and red dress, sit on a purple mat on a flooded rooftop, Bart holding a pink POP CORN box while a bowl of red apples and a basket sit nearby. In the water below, a giraffe wearing a snorkel and goggles, a dark hooded figure, and a brown dog with a snorkel bob around the house, and the dog later splashes up beside the roof as Bart reaches out an arm. The scene then cuts to a painted flood landscape with cooling towers, boats, and a swan, where Marge with her tall blue hair paints the sky with a brush.
