What happens

Bart, Homer and Ned Flanders, with a small boy in a red cap, ride an orange inflatable raft on a turquoise river, first paddling through white rapids between rocky banks and a splash of churning foam, then drifting into open water. Flanders wears a wide-brimmed hat and a red neckerchief, Homer a white tank top, and Bart a red cap, and a red-and-white buoy with a tower sits beside the raft as it moves through the scene.
