What happens

Bart in a green jacket holding an orange, Marge with her tall blue beehive holding a glass, and Maggie in a blue bow stand in a purple-tiled room with Mrs. Krabappel in a white blouse and a scruffy man with reddish hair, a moustache and a white tank top. The scruffy man talks while holding up a rope-tied bundle of salvaged items, with an umbrella and a red wagon piled with junk beside him, as the group watches. The scene then opens to show Smithers in a green jacket and pink bow tie beside a thin, stooped Mr. Burns in a navy suit holding papers, near the wagon and an EXIT sign above a door.
