What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and heavy in a white shirt, stands beside a blue Toys For Tots collection box and a large grey rock-like pile of red bricks, first pushing against the rock with his hands and then turning to face a police officer. Chief Wiggum, a heavyset policeman in a blue uniform and cap, holds a nightstick across his body and stands between Homer and a blue van parked in a lot behind them. Homer shoves at the rock, gripping and straining against it, then turns and raises one hand while Wiggum raises his nightstick toward him. Homer's expression shifts from angry to startled, then to a wide-mouthed grin with his arms spread as Wiggum calmly holds the nightstick. The box reads TOYS FOR TOTS in white letters on a blue background.
