What happens

Homer, a bald heavy man in a yellow protective suit and visor, stands at a control panel marked CAUTION in a nuclear plant while a frail, thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose (Mr. Burns) and a thin man with glasses (Smithers) watch from behind the counter; Homer holds orange tongs gripping a glowing green rod, then raises his arm toward the panel as the rod floats above. The scene shifts to a store aisle where Maggie, wearing a blue bow, reads a magazine titled MOM MONTHLY with Frosted Krusty Flakes on its cover, with Marge's tall blue beehive at the edge, then a plain orange screen wipes across and Maggie, sucking a pacifier, stands in a shopping cart beside Marge, who presses her hands together with her eyes closed and a red bead necklace around her neck.
