What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald man in a pink shirt, is one of many identical white-shirted workers crowding a factory floor by a large loading door that opens onto rows of parked cars, with Lenny and Carl among the crowd and blue barrels and an ALERT panel on the walls. On a wall-mounted monitor the crowd is shown, then a black circle is drawn around Homer in the middle of the throng. Mr. Burns, the frail, hook-nosed old man with grey hair at the sides, sits in a red armchair beside Smithers, his thin assistant in glasses and a bow tie, while a small white bear stands at the left. Mr. Burns' bank of monitors then shows the crowd, workers at a station, and a worker slumped over a control panel, with a row of colored test bars in the middle.
