What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose, and his thin assistant Smithers in glasses sit in the foreground watching a TV monitor. On the screen, Homer in a white shirt and tie, holding a small object, stands beside a woman with a tall curly grey hairdo and tight jeans in a pipe-lined corridor with a puddle on the floor. Homer fidgets with his tie and looks around while Burns leans in with a scowl and speaks, and Smithers looks on beside him.
