What happens

Homer, the bald heavyset man in a white shirt, holds a red telephone to his ear with eyes half closed and mouth open while talking, then glances sideways and scowls as a thin man with reddish hair, glasses and a green shirt stands behind him. Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, sits on a brown couch holding a teal telephone to his ear, wincing with wide eyes and clenched teeth beside a green telephone on a small table. Homer's grimacing, skeptical call alternates with Bart's uneasy listening, and the phone cords dangle throughout.
