What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands at a bookshelf-lined office beside a blue shredder, reading a paper in his hand, then leans toward the machine while Smithers, his thin assistant with glasses and a purple bow tie, stands behind him in a green jacket with an ID badge. Burns then reaches out and points at the shredder while Smithers rests a hand on his shoulder. The scene cuts to a mall lobby with glass doors, potted plants and an escalator, where a man with a moustache and a green sweater over a red jacket leans on the escalator railing, while a girl with long brown hair in a teal dress stands at the left by a shop entrance.
