What happens

A teal-haired, round-faced character with a black hat, white shirt, tie and suspenders stands at the left of a street-side scene, gesturing with yellow hands and talking to a bearded, red-haired man in a black hat and grey coat, who is Krusty-like in look but matches no regular exactly. The bearded man leans in, gesturing with one hand near his chin while the teal-haired one looks uneasy and fidgets, raising palms and then clasping his hands. A large dark silhouette of a figure's arm or sleeve occupies the left edge, and in the background are a wooden crate of round objects and a brown doorway. No on-screen text is visible.
