What happens

Bart Simpson races his white-and-black Honor Roller car on a dirt track against a rival driver with spiky reddish-brown hair in an orange car with a jagged, toothy grin, and the rival's car has a spiked wheel that throws debris. As the racers speed past spectators' legs, Bart grits his teeth and glares, then shouts with his mouth wide open while dirt and flecks fly across his face, and the scene ends on a close-up of a speedometer needle climbing past 100 toward 200 as Bart's yellow hand grips the steering wheel.
