What happens

An astronaut-suited figure with a purple face and white helmet spreads its arms wide and grins beside a white car labeled HONOR ROLLER, while Homer, Bart and Lisa watch from a crowd in the pit area under bunting. The figure's expression shifts slightly as a large brown shape sweeps across the foreground, partly covering a sign reading ROLLER. Nelson, in a blue vest over an orange shirt, then stands by a box marked LIL with a cigarette in his mouth and a sullen look.
