What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and wearing a white shirt printed with TEAM, stands before a stranger in an orange cap, light shirt, dark blue tie and badge, who is first seen talking and then studying a clipboard. Homer glares, then scowls at the man with a clipboard in hand, who grits his teeth and frowns while reading. Homer ends up smiling and holding up a white card with a large red 4, with purple bleachers, a red rope barrier and a string of bunting behind them.
