Bart Simpson is at the bar of a tavern with Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a white shirt, bow tie and suspenders

What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, is at the bar of a tavern with Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a white shirt, bow tie and suspenders. Bart first stands at the counter beside a green-capped patron who is holding a glass, while Moe leans in with a scowl. Moe then angrily speaks with a phone-like object held near his ear as Bart looks on, bored. Later Bart is seen alone with a red object in front of him against a blue background, looking nervous. In the final moment Moe grips Bart by the chin and lifts him up with a sly grin, while a sign on the wall reads 'MUST BE OVER 21' and bottles sit on the shelf behind them.
