What happens

Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a bow tie and suspenders, leans over the bar in the tavern, first gripping Bart by the arm and pulling him close, then standing with arms crossed and a sly grin as Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, sits on the bar edge looking uneasy. Bart then points toward the passed-out, slumped figure of Homer, slouched on a stool at the left edge of the bar, while Moe laughs and leans in, and Bart stares back at him. Behind them a 'MUST BE OVER 21' sign hangs on the wall, with bottles on shelves and a small sink and a green object on the bar counter.
