What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man in a lavender coat, and his thin assistant Smithers in glasses appear first in front of a Moe's sign, with Burns gripping a wheel-like fixture. Earlier, a blue car drives down a night street with headlights on, past parked red and pink cars and pink storefronts. Later, Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands on the bar at Moe's, gesturing and bouncing among patrons, with Moe behind the counter and rows of bottles on the shelves behind him.
