What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, stands at a bar lined with colorful bottles, first swaying with arms outstretched as a row of patrons slumps over the counter, including a heavy man with messy brown hair in the foreground and a man in a green cap. Bart then stands centered with his arms spread wide while the patrons raise mugs of beer in a toast, and Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a dark vest, grins behind the bar. A partly visible paper sign on the dark wall behind them reads only in fragments.
