What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose, and his thin assistant Smithers, in glasses and a bow tie, stand at the bar in Moe's Tavern beneath a Duff sign. Homer slumps face-down on the counter while Burns raises his hands in one frame, then leans in beside Homer and wags a finger as Homer slowly lifts his head and grimaces. Moe, the grey-haired bartender, looks on from the right edge, and in the first frame an unnamed man in a green cap and glasses holds a beer mug while Bart watches from the top right.
