What happens

Homer, carrying a suitcase, walks across a dirt lot past a pink car and then stands beside a green car with a BUY LOW plate and a blue car with a JACK plate, where a man in sunglasses sits. He next stands beside a cream vintage car with a large steering wheel, talking with a man in a green cap, glasses and scarf, and then stands in front of a barbed-wire fence with Lenny, who has spiky black hair, suspenders and a broad grin, and Carl, who wears sunglasses, a lavender jacket and a red tie. Lenny grins while Carl and Homer look on, and the scene is set against a blue sky with a chain-link fence and trees behind them.
