What happens

Nelson, the bully in a vest, grins in a close-up in front of a green chain-link fence in the first moment, then Homer and Lenny stand with Carl in a parking lot beside a white limousine with its door open and a sleek row of parked cars. Inside the limo, Mr. Burns, frail and thin with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits on the red seat wearing dark sunglasses and a suit while holding a glass. Homer and another man watch a television screen showing a crowd of photographers and reporters with cameras and microphones gathered in a wood-beamed hall, where a man in a suit raises a pen-like object and calls out to Mr. Burns while the crowd pushes forward.
