What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and thin with a hooked nose and tufts of grey hair at the sides, sits at a candlelit restaurant table with Smithers, his thin assistant in glasses and a purple bow tie, while a moustached man with a slicked orange pompadour in a lavender suit and a black-haired man in glasses and a dark suit sit across from them. Burns grins and gestures with his hands, then later studies a small white card, and he later raises his hands expressively while the others watch, with plates of sausages and mashed potatoes and steins on the white tablecloth. The on-screen text reads "WE THINK WE HAVE A VERY GENEROUS OFFER." and then "YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME."
