Mr. Burns and his thin assistant Smithers in a green jacket and purple bow tie sit at a dining table with plates of sausages and potatoes, Burns…

What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose, and his thin assistant Smithers in a green jacket and purple bow tie sit at a dining table with plates of sausages and potatoes, Burns resting his hands on the table and Smithers holding a small glass. The scene then moves to an outdoor stage decorated with red bows, purple and yellow balloons, and a large WILLKOMMEN banner, where Burns stands at a wooden podium while a man in a suit and a man holding a large cheque sit nearby. An oompah band in Alpine hats plays tuba, clarinet and trombone beside the stage as a crowd, including Marge with her blue beehive and Homer, watches.
