What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man, writes with a pink quill on an oversized check reading 'For Deposit Only C.M. Burns' while a bottle of ink sits nearby on a pink desk. Smithers, his thin assistant in glasses, a green jacket and a purple bow tie, sits at a desk beside a black cassette recorder, cassette tapes and a red book titled 'Sycophantic German', glancing sideways and then speaking with his mouth open before settling into a worried expression.
