What happens

Otto, with long curly black hair under a cap, drives a yellow school bus marked Springfield Elementary School, while Bart with spiky hair, Milhouse with blue hair and glasses, and a woman with a tall blue beehive lean from its windows. The scene opens with an ice cream van parked by a building where people watch from upstairs windows, then cuts to the caption THE NEXT DAY over children on the school steps tossing yo-yos, including a girl with long blue hair and glasses in a red dress. Afterward, a boy with light hair and glasses works a yo-yo on a playground beside a heavyset man and a boy in a light blue shirt, with the school's name shown on a blue sign above the doors.
