What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, carries a green lunchbox down the aisle of a yellow Springfield Elementary School bus while Bart sits far back, then steps off at the open door as Otto, the long-haired driver in a cap and headphones, sits at the wheel. The bus pulls away and leaves a puff of blue exhaust on the road, and the scene shifts to a library where a white-haired elderly man in a green jacket stands beside a red armchair near shelves of colorful books and a wall display of small framed pictures.
