What happens

Smithers, a thin man in glasses, a red cap and a purple bow tie, sits on a wooden bench holding a clipboard, while Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose, stands beside him in a grey Zephyrs baseball uniform with a red cap and blue earmuffs. Against a dark blue plank wall on a dirt floor, Burns clasps his hands, then spreads his arms wide in a shrugging gesture, lets them drop to his sides, and keeps talking while Smithers looks up from the clipboard and speaks.
