Mr. Burns and his thin assistant Smithers are in a dugout with a wooden bench against a blue wooden wall

What happens

Mr. Burns, in a grey Ephyrs baseball uniform with a red-and-white cap, and his thin assistant Smithers, in a red cap with glasses and a purple bow tie, are in a dugout with a wooden bench against a blue wooden wall. Smithers sits holding a clipboard while Burns stands before him making a circle with his fingers, then Smithers points off to the side as Burns clasps his hands. A moustached pitcher with reddish-brown hair in a white uniform with red trim flaps his elbows and steps across the grass outside the dugout. Burns then raises a fist toward Smithers' cap while Smithers smiles, and finally Burns glares sideways while leaning on the bench, with scattered red items on the dugout floor.
