What happens

A bespectacled man in a red cap with a purple bow tie and dark jacket holds a clipboard, and in the following moments Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, wears a grey Zephyrs jersey and red cap while Homer, in a white red-trimmed uniform and red cap, stands beside a blue dugout. Burns grabs Homer's shirt at the chest and jabs a finger at him, then lets go and looks down at his own hand while Homer stares wide-eyed and looks shaken. The scene closes on a view inside two overlapping circles, like binoculars, showing a white base on a yellow dirt field with dark dotted marks and green grass at the edge.
