What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, wears a red cap, a Zephyrs shirt and glasses on a sunny outdoor field, pointing and shouting while a thin, bald man in a dark suit and glasses stands beside him. Nearby, a red-haired pitcher in a white uniform with red stripes bends forward on the dirt mound with his head hanging down. The suited man then dangles a round gold pocket watch on a chain in front of Burns's face, and Burns's eyes droop and his head sags as he stares at it. Green bushes, a chain-link fence and a distant building fill the background.
